Shelly Nicholls
Associate Attorney
Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Emerson College and a Juris
Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, both earned through full-tuition
merit-based scholarships. Her academic journey led her to serve as a professor
in the Department of Political Science, Law, and Global Studies at Framingham
State University.
Throughout her law school tenure, Shelly actively participated in organizations
such as the National Lawyers Guild, Women in Law, and OutLaw. Her involvement
in these groups exemplifies her commitment to championing the rights and
visibility of marginalized communities, including women and the LGBTQIA+
community, ensuring their enhanced access to legal education and representation
within the legal system.
